Built in 2019, Nicoya Villas consists of 2 and 3 bedroom villas, perfect for your Costa Rican vacation. Located across the street from beautiful Mal Pais beach, with its tide pools, and just minutes away from the beaches of Santa Teresa and Playa Carmen. We are Pet Friendly.

Our dedicated staff will make your stay comfortable and can assist in booking any tours and excursions. We have a teak house that is the perfect area for lounging, playing Ping Pong, or doing Yoga or Jiu Jitsu. Each villa has its own work space area with a desk and chair.

“This place is nearly brand new, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We are traveling with two small children and the communal pool between the apartments was fun for kids to meet other kids. The beach is just a short walk, getting to the rest of Carmen and Santa Teresa is a drive. We consider this a really great find for comfortable relaxing away from the main retail action. The pool, Game/lounge area were all top notch. Ayal was very responsive and the staff was gracious at check-in, always available, and extremely friendly. Built in 2019, Nicoya Villas is located across the street from Mal Pais Beach. Its a great spot to relax during your trip to Costa Rica and is approximately 150 meters from the beach.

Down the road there is a small grocery store and if you follow that road, you will pass a great zip lining adventure and arrive at the famous fishing village of Mal Pais. There are restaurants within walking distance that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rent one of our golf carts, mules, Honda talons, ATVs, or scooters, and take a 5-10 minute ride into Santa Teresa. Visit the multiple surfing beaches nearby, Playa Carmen, La Lora, Hermosa.

Besides the villas, there is a pool and a teak house. All villas have air-conditioning, high speed wi-fi, tv, kitchen, dining and living areas, a work space with desk and chair and a furnished patio and balcony. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Filtered water is available, both cold and hot, in the Gazebo area.

Since our villas are located in tranquil Mal Pais, we respectfully request quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Green Season prices start at $175 per night and High Season prices start at $265 per night. There is a 2 night minimum stay.
